CHINA VISA REQUIREMENTS

 

IF EMPLOYED

 

1. Duly filled up Application Form (refer http://cs.mfa.gov.cn/wgrlh/lhqz/sblhqz_660598/P020130828561586361528.pdf ). It should be TYPEWRITTEN.

2. 2 Pcs. of passport sized picture with WHITE BACKGROUND.

3. Original Passport (must be valid within 6 months from the date of departure) include Old passport if any.

4. If holding only ONE PASSPORT, you have to provide EXPLANATION LETTER address to the embassy explaining that you only have one passport.

5. Original Bank Certificate with Original Receipt, Debit Memo or Certification of waived fee.

6. The type of Account which is acceptable is savings & current account from commercial or rural banks ONLY and the account should be opened at least 6 months prior to applying for visa. The account should have an Average Balance of at least Php 100,000/applicant. (Account name, account number, date opened, average daily balance and the total ending balance must appear)

7. Original PASSBOOK or BANK STATEMENT (in bank letterhead) for the last 6 months

8. Original EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATE indicates Company’s address, contact number, position, compensation, and length of stay in the company.

9. Photocopy of  ACR or ICR (FOR FOREIGN NATIONALS)

10. Photocopy of  IBP or PRC (FOR PROFESSIONALS)

11. Photocopy of Income Tax Return

12. Original NSO Birth Certificate (If Single)

13. OriginalNSO Birth Certificate and Original NSO Marriage Certificate (If Married)

14. Roundtrip Flight Reservation

15. Hotel Reservation

16. Day to Day Itinerary

IF RETIRED

2. 2 Pcs. of passport sized picture with WHITE BACKGROUND.

1. Official Invitation Letter with stamp and signature of the inviter

2. Photocopy of the sponsors Passport

 

 

NOTE:   Please be sure that all requirements are complete, incomplete and unclear application forms will not be processed.

 

                Other Documents may be required as needed by the Embassy.
